Drummer Lu Serfass died June 1, 2000 of natural causes. He was born in December 1914.
Lu played with the band for several years, though we hadn't seen him lately. He had been a fire inspector with DuPont at the Chambers Works site.
The photo above was taken in the early 1980s at the Italian Festival. Lu is wearing a hat from the Zoli Band.
