• In general, take I-95 to Delaware Avenue exit.
• Follow Delaware Avenue across I-95, for one block to where it splits and follow the traffic to the left.
• Stay in the left lane. It will turn into Pennsylvania Avenue. You'll know you're going the correct way if you pass many car dealerships.
• Follow Pennsylvania Avenue to the light at the Grotto Pizza. Take a left onto Union Street, before going under the big black train trestle.
• Follow Union Street until the next light. This is 9th Street -- take a right.
• Go one block and take a left. The library is there; parking is behind it.
